Hello!

In my automation, I used GetListItem to search for each record in the Application. If it finds the Registration Number, it follows the flow normally. When the Process number does not exist, the message "There is no information available for the parameters informed."

How should I do to:

1 - Which component interprets this message above..

2 - Create a new excel spreadsheet, register the register number  and put  "Not Found" status

3 - Clear the field to the search for the next record in the application

Can you help me?

Thank you.

Hi,

1. You need to identify that message("There is no information available for the parameters informed.") and use GetOuterText/GetInnerText method in chrome connector(Web application) and followed by string utilities(Contains,IsEqual).

2. By using Excel Connector

Documentation link for Excel connector: "Microsoft Excel "

3. You can  use SendKeys to enter the text and "ClearExistingVaue" parameter as "True" (Clear the field to the search for the next record ) or SetText for the identified element which replaces the text with provided input.

Hello!

I applied GetOuterText and Contains Components and did the test, the result is always "true", what should I check?

Data Preview of the GetOuterText = Não existem informações disponíveis para os parâmetros informados.

Thanks.

Hi,

Looks like you're getting the same text "Não existem informações disponíveis para os parâmetros informados" everytime which results in always "True". Can you debug the automation by keeping breakpoints and observe the values. Please keep a breakpoint on GetOuterText component and see value for each record. If it is giving same value every time make sure to configure the element which is unique for "Record found" and "No Record found" conditions.

Please find more information on debugging here (https://docs.intellibot.io/Studio/Debugging_Troubleshooting/)

Please feel free to revert for any further queries\clarifications.

Hello!

The result is always true. Even though the record was found the Getoutertext component results in true.

Am I not setting up correctly?

I tried to configure Locator as TagName as your example and it also didn't work.

Could you help me, please.

Thanks a lot.
