How can I compare two text by only blue mark which i indicated with another text

How can I compare the "text 1" and "text 2",only which i mentioned with blue mark of text1 should be compared with text 2,remaining part don't need to compare because from text 1 which are in blue mark are fixed and which are in black mark are changeable,i have uploaded in text 2.

Hi Saneeth,

Please provide some context of what you are trying to do with the automation, which application you are using where colored text has to be compared, etc.
