Hi

I am new to Intellibot and had just downloaded the tool from the website.

a) Is the licencing cost separate from the cost of using plugins such as Read captcha etc.? Moreover, what all plugins are paid?

b) Does it support front office as well as back office bots?

c) Is the OCR activity paid as well? Also, does it use any specific OCR vendor such as Google Tessseract, Microsoft Modi etc.?

 d) Do we have the control room or the bot Orchestrator online? Or do we need to download any specific software for the same?

Hi prajeeth,

Thanks for your interest in Intellibot!

a) Is the licensing cost separate from the cost of using plugins such as Read captcha etc.? Moreover, what all plugins are paid?

There is no license cost to use the Intellibot Design Studio Community Edition (available for download from our site). However,    some features such as Read Captcha, Commercial OCR, etc. require a license to be purchased, as these are paid services.

b) Does it support front office as well as back office bots?

Yes, Intellibot supports both front office and back office bots. Intellibot is one of the few RPA products that give you the capability to design UI (using drag and drop styled UI) for the front office bots. Please contact us at info@intellibot.io for more details.

c) Is the OCR activity paid as well? Also, does it use any specific OCR vendor such as Google Tessseract, Microsoft Modi etc.?

Intellibot supports both free and commercial OCR engines. Intellibot has out of the box integration with Windows (free - comes as default with Windows 10) OCR, MODI (free - MODI has to be installed separately) OCR, Tesseract (free - Support being build right now), and Abby (Commercial - runs locally on the virtual desktop), Abby Cloud (Commercial - utilizes Abby cloud service), Microsoft OCR (Commercial - Cloud based) and Amazon OCR (Commercial - Cloud based).

 d) Do we have the control room or the bot Orchestrator online? Or do we need to download any specific software for the same?

Yes, Intellibot does have an Orchestrator. However, since it is a part of the Enterprise offering, a trial download is not available right now. Intellibot team is working hard towards bringing out a Cloud hosted, community edition of the Orchestrator, which should be available to our community by the end of this year.

Please reach out to info@intellibot.io for further queries regards commercials.
