Unable to query browser

Hi team,

I was using the chrome connector but whenever i click on add screen it shows that intellibot is unable to query the browser interface. I have checked that the intellibot chrome extension was enabled, then i restarted chrome but it still wasn't working.

Could you advice on why it isn't working and how to resolve it?
